Introduction to 3D Training

Traditional exercises originate from the sport of body building and are often constrained by specific techniques aimed towards maximizing local muscle tissue damage to elicit the desired muscle growth response. Movement and exercise is much more than body building. The activities of daily life as well as in sports are not confined by techniques or patterns, but rather movement tasks that require a multi directional ability to handle the endless variations of movement we face on a daily basis. 3D training focuses on preparing you for multi directional movement and activities and helps you increase your movement vocabulary in all three planes of motion. This short workshop demonstrates some exercises variations that will hopefully inspire more diversity in your training and help better for sports and life.
